July 18, on the hillside by theLavender field for an evening that is sure to be fun. Solo artist Mayo Talbot will be bringing her Old Style Country Music to Star Bright, performing all original songs written by her.

Rising Country-Americana artist, Talbot Mayo has been described as “one to watch.” As a singer/songwriter and musician, (and a voice and sound that’s been likened to Dolly Parton, Alison Krauss, and Sierra Ferrell), Talbot delivers memorable performances every time she takes the stage. Talbot's writing weaves together a variety of genres and sounds to create something unique but still relatable -and undoubtedly authentic. Rooted in old-time bluegrass and country standards, Talbot’s music also draws influence from honky-tonk and Rockabilly to provide a broad appeal while maintaining an unmistakably raw and rootsy identity. 

Her band includes regional greats like her dad, Bill Mayo (upright bass), Dave Rich (Drums), and Luke Chohany (guitar). Together, these four musicians create a sound that is truly unique, yet familiar. Musicianship aside, this band is also just a really good time!
