FAQs

  • Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If phone calls or texts are sent outside of this scheduled time frame we will do our best to get back to you the next business day. Please do not reach out to us on Instagram or Facebook as things often get lost in the shuffle on social media platforms - our emails and phone number are located at the end of this FAQ sheet.

  • Our Barn Market is open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm (Summer Months Starting May 1) Winter months 11-4 (Jan 1 - May 1) - please check the Events Calendar while planning your visit as we do periodically have ticketed events on weekends that require purchase prior.

  • When arriving on the farm please check in downstairs at the Barn Market first thing so we can properly curate your experience with us.

  • EVENTS:

  • Rain or shine for most activities and events at Star Bright Farm, if rain days are available we will make them known on the events sheet. Most likely if there is going to be rain, we will move the event into our barn.

  • We ask that you leave your picnic foods and alcohol at home unless otherwise specified - we do have our own mobile cafe with various coffees and teas, as well as baked goods and charcuterie (open seasonally, menu subject to change).

  • For events you are welcome to bring your own blankets and chairs. We do not have outdoor chairs. During events, the barn is open and has clean tables and chairs to eat at.

  • Leashed dogs are welcome if they are well behaved around other dogs. Please clean up after them and do not allow them to urinate on our bushes and plants!

  • If spending time outside on the property after shopping our Barn Market we also ask that you let the sounds of nature be your soundtrack, no cell phone music or bluetooth speakers please.

  • PHOTO SHOOTS: If you are interested in hosting a photoshoot or event on the property please reach out to helen@starbright-farm.com for more information, fees, and scheduling. When a professional camera, tri-pod or lights come out, we consider that as professional.

  • UNEVEN GROUND & NATURAL HAZARDS: Visiting Star Bright Farm is a rural experience, please watch for uneven ground and natural hazards.

  • Handicapped Individuals: We will always accommodate the elderly and handicapped to the best of our ability - please do not hesitate to reach out prior to your visit to discuss the best course of action.

  • We are a working farm so please keep your visits to our weekend hours or during our Thursday Night ‘Twilight in the Garden’ Open Houses.

  • If you have a question that needs more clarification or hasn’t been covered on this FAQ sheet please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email, Helen at helen@starbright-farm.com or through phone at 410-303-8030 during our office hours.
