Photography Sessions

Let our farm set the scene for your photos! Professional or hobby photographers, gain 1 hour semi-private access to the lavender fields. This includes nature photography, engagement, wedding, maternity, graduation, prom, senior photos, and family portraits etc.

We work hard to make our farm beautiful! In fact, as a professional photographer, Helen planned each space with photography in mind. Our Lavender fields are especially picturesque during their season from early June to mid July.

Commercial/Advertising/Film/Social Media Influencer photography is not permitted with this reservation; to book a private commercial photoshoot please contact us via email. helen@starbright-farm.com

Photography sessions must be booked by photographer.

Please note that family portraits where a member of the family is the photographer must still pay for a session.

  • We have close to 4,000 Lavender plants and various varieties. Since we are dependent on Mother Nature, it is impossible to predict exactly when the fields will be in peak bloom. Typically our English varieties show their color by the end of May and peak by mid June. Our Intermedia varieties begin to show color in early June and peak towards the end of June and into July. You can always find images of progress on our social media.

  • Since we are photographers, we understand the stress of having nice weather for a photo shoot. We are happy to reschedule your shoot if the weather is not cooperating.

  • You can modify your reservation date up to one week before your visit. If you must cancel please let us know in advance of the start of the event. We regret that the reservation fee is non-refundable. Please check the date and time carefully when purchasing.

  • Professional photographers are required to carry their own insurance and present a Certificate of Insurance ( COI) stating Star Bright Farm, LLC as additionally insured. This can be emailed prior to appointment or presented upon arrival.

    Non professional photographers ( even family members photographing their family) MUST sign a waiver and pay for a photo session in our fields.

    This rate is for one session. If a photographer is doing multiple mini sessions within one booking, there is an additional $25 fee for each session.

    A safety waiver must be signed for all persons entering Star Bright Farm property.

    Outfit changes, props, and nude photography are not permitted.
