Not everyone begins the year with goals, plans, and a bullet journal.
Some of us begin with a breath.
If you're craving a quieter entrance into 2026 — one that honors where you've been and gently invites what's next — you're warmly invited to A Soft Start.
This afternoon is a seasonal ritual, not a resolution workshop
It’s an opportunity to move slowly, listen inward, and be in community with others doing the same.
We’ll gather in a soft arc of practice:
🧘 A slow, intuitive yoga flow to arrive in the body
🌬 Guided breathwork to clear and soften
🎨 Candlelit creative time in the barn to process through color, texture, and form
🌅 A sunset walk to reflect and name the intentions that are ready to surface
There will be Afternoon Sun Star Bright Farm tea and local honey. There will be art supplies. There will be you — and us — showing up as we are.
You don’t need to know what you want from the year yet.
You just need to be willing to listen.
You’ll leave with:
A felt sense of calm and clarity
A creative reminder of what surfaced
A renewed relationship with your own pace
A few self-held commitments — quiet, personal, true
The resonance of sharing space with others who value depth over speed
What to bring (or borrow from us):
A favorite mug
Any art tools that inspire you (we’ll have watercolor & markers ready)
A layer for the walk
An openness to be with what arises
This gathering is rooted in care and mutual respect. We’ll share a few gentle agreements to support a space that’s both brave and kind. Space is limited. If this speaks to something in you, we hope you’ll join us.
